We loved our stay! The hotel featured amazing views of Mt Fuji and was nestled right next to a forest, creating a very peaceful setting for a romantic weekend. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, both of which were quite delicious! We also were able to try some new foods that we’d never have tried otherwise. The rooms were a good size with a modern bathroom and a more traditional bedroom area. The outdoor patio had a great soaking tub, which we enjoyed while looking at Mt. Fuji during sunset. The rooms also came equipped with traditional shoes and clothing, which was a very nice cultural touch. Lastly, I wanted to say that service was great and we loved Grace, who was so welcoming and who made the experience that much better.

The room itself was very good, with an ‘onsen’ at the balcony. You will need to fill up the tub yourself. Location-wise, the hotel is located on top of a hill with a narrow path up. Walking up with your luggage will be a challenge. It’s more accessible if you drive.
