I stayed at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa and had an amazing experience! My room came with a stunning Mount Fuji view — it honestly felt like a dream waking up to that sight every morning. 🌄 The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was super relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had so many delicious options too! The location is perfect — just beside Fuji-Q Highland and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Everything about this hotel made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back again! ❤️

The location is decent. There's a shuttle service available to Fuji-Q Highland and Lake Kawaguchiko. You can also take a train to ****, and the train station itself doubles as a shopping mall with various shops and eateries. On the downside, the facilities are a bit dated, they still use physical keys for the rooms, and the area gets very quiet at night with no convenience stores nearby.
