It's great to have a Japanese-style room by yourself, and you can see the top of Mount Fuji from the balcony. The boss and his wife are also nice. The email address sent by the hotel via Ctrip for check-in was wrong, and when I responded, I couldn't reply, so the check-in time was not good. Others are very satisfied.

The room is pretty good. It’s enough for one person. It’s not far from the station. You can walk to Sengen Shrine and it’s very close to some internet celebrity attractions.

It was an inn that made me want to say "I'm home" the moment I opened the front door.
It was a single room, but it didn't feel like a study room.
It's a small detail, but it was a nice point that the curtains had a high light blocking effect.
The customer service was polite and friendly.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Stayed there for 2 days, loved the people and the atmosphere!!! Very welcoming and very friendly!!!! Would recommend it to everyone. Very close to the stores a d 7 minutes away from a train station which will take you close to Mount Fuji. Also 20 minutes away from Pogoda.

Highly recommend this hostel for anyone staying around the Fuji area! As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who all spoke English. I was shown a tour of the hostel which was helpful and got to choose which bed to stay in (tip - don't sleep next to the dehumidifier, it's got a constant hum, the hostel is not to blame for this!). Michael was very helpful when providing info and tips about climbing Mount Fuji, without his guidance I wouldn't have been able to climb. Nice and quiet area which has good transport links within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

On top of the hostel having great amenities, two clean bathrooms, a washer/dryer, clean bathrooms, and desktops should you need, I found the invaluable piece to be Michael and his wife. Michael and his wife have been living in the area for 30 years and are on a first name basis with seemingly everyone. I climbed mt Fuji and got a terrible sunburn, Michael’s wife was able to call local clinics and find me an English speaking doctor. On top of the nurse who helped me’s husband cuts Michael’s hair. Truly the hospitality makes this hostel an invaluable booking.
