TKP SUNLIFE HOTEL

The pillow is so flat that it makes my neck hurt. But the good thing is that it’s close to the subway station exit, which is convenient when going to Fukuoka Airport.

Unfortunately, my one-night stay was very disappointing. The room and especially the bathroom were in a poor and unhygienic condition, with visible stains, damaged surfaces, dirt and dark deposits in gaps and joints that appeared to be mould or mould-like growth. I genuinely felt uncomfortable walking barefoot in the bathroom because of the overall cleanliness. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was also an unpleasant stale smell. Additionally, even at approximately 1.80 m tall, I found the bathroom extremely difficult to use properly due to the limited space and impractical layout. Overall, the room appeared poorly cleaned and maintained. Definitely not the standard I would expect from a hotel.

The hotel is closed to hakata station.you just cross street to get to the transpotation hub both train station, bus terminal. It is only 15 minute to fukuoka air port, there is taxi and bus stop in front of the hotel. There are also comvenient store, restaurant and souvinour shop near by.

smoking smell inside room and all elevator. even my room is in no smoking floor

Not well mentain but still a cheaper and best location a step away from the station

I like the accessibility of this hotel in front of Hakata station, simple, neat and clean perfect for single traveler like me. Breakfast was included, plentiful and good choices between JPN and Western. Highly recommended!
