民宿地點離渡邊通地下鐵很近，交通便利，附近有拉麵店，便利商店，生鮮超市。
民宿設備齊全，有附洗衣機及曬衣架，沒有烘乾機喔，有冰箱及小廚房可以自行下廚，還有一個小客廳，雙人床偏小，兩個大人會比較擠。推～～～這間民宿。

離地鐵近，地址稍稍找一下，自助式的，除了自己忙，有一點搞烏龍沒有注意密碼，有鎖住困難些，所幸日本朋友幫忙聯絡處理，但一切進入房間內驚喜，空間很大非常舒服！有機會再來會再入住！特推！謝謝

셀프체크인시스템 운영능력이 현저히 낮습니다
영어를 거의 알아듣지 못하고 국제전화 통화가 어려우면 체크인 진행조차 할수없습니다
예약완료시에 메일을 보냈다고 했으나 받은메일은 없었습니다
두개의 징금장치가 있었는데 전화 응대직원은 디지털 도어락 존재조차 모르고 영어를 거의 못하더군요
한참이 지나고서야 원격으로 도어락이 열리고 30분을 씨름해서 체크인할수있었습니다
레지던스인 관계로 조리하던중 전력 과부하로 차단기가 내려가더군요
당황스럽고 쉽지 않습니다
로밍없는 유심은 절댜 체크인조차 불가합니다
일본 여러번 왔지만 단연코 최악의 숙소
