The hotel's location is super convenient, directly accessible from the subway station without even having to exit. The lobby on the 19th floor offers great views of Fukuoka. The bathroom in the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was very cozy. Although the bedroom wasn't huge, it came with useful amenities like chargers and a coffee machine, which is perfect for international travelers.

I stayed for four nights, and the overall experience was great! Breakfast was semi-buffet style; I tried three different à la carte options over three days, and they were all excellent. The buffet spread was small but refined, and items were replenished promptly. The restaurant staff were also very friendly!

The location is fantastic, with direct elevator access to the subway and Tenjin Underground Mall. It's right next to Parco Annex and Shin Tenjin, and just one block away from Mina, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The 19th-floor reception offers a beautiful view of Fukuoka Tower. The breakfast is also very unique; the Japanese breakfast is delicious, and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. In short, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tenjin.

It's located in the heart of Tenjin, making getting around incredibly easy. You can walk to the bus station and major department stores, so shopping and finding food are a breeze. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the essential facilities are there. The front desk staff is patient and efficient, even helping us with check-in smoothly when our flight was unexpectedly canceled.

Hotel JAL City Fukuoka has an unbeatable location, right in the heart of the bustling city, surrounded by numerous shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around. The value for money exceeded my expectations; the experience was even better than hotels I've stayed at previously in the 2,000-3,000 yen price range. The front desk for check-in is on the 19th floor, and you need to transfer elevators to get to your room. On the 18th floor, there's an exclusive lounge for guests with beautiful views, offering snacks and drinks. The small pastries were delicious. There's also a mini-supermarket on B1 and a coffee and bakery on B2, which also directly connects to the Tenjin subway station, making it very convenient to get to the airport and surrounding areas.
