The location wasn't very accurate, and there were no clear signs downstairs. My friend wouldn't have seen the hotel name at all unless he went up to the third floor. I suggest putting up a sign with the hotel name downstairs; otherwise, it's really too hard to find.

The location is good; it would be better if there were cars nearby. The building is a bit old, and the water pressure is not high. Overall, it's fine, just like the pictures. The room is clean and has no odor.

The accommodation is a bit small, but considering the price is for Japan, I am very satisfied. The building is old, but the cleanliness was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and it was good for four people to stay in. It is convenient to have a supermarket and convenience store nearby. It is nice that Minatenjin is about a 13-minute walk away. You should keep in mind that it takes about 10 minutes to get to the subway station.

The location on Trip.com was different from the actual address, so I had to ask a local to find it. The facilities were poor, and this is the first time I have felt so extremely upset while traveling abroad. I hope you never have to contract with a company like this.
