Location is great. Can walk under the roof for most of the way from Hakata station. Friendly staff. Pretty clean inside with the necessary items. Comfortable stay. I'd book this hotel again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

Twenty four hour super kind and friendly staff. I was not aware that the hotel is so dated. The laundry machine is for use 24 hours on the basement One level, however, there is no AC. It is in the corridor and very hot And there is only one washing machine and one dryer. In summertime It is extremely hot there and also, quite scary to go alone outside restaurant hours. Shower head was faulty had to ask it to be fixed but staff attended promptly and was kind and apologetic.

The location is very convenient to train station and shopping areas.

Although transportation is convenient, there is no bottled water supply at all, there are two electric plugs on the bed unfortunately there is no place to put objects at all? The toilet threshold is extremely high, such a price nearby hotels are much superior to it, would not recommend this hotel.

It's a 20-second walk to Hankyu and 7-Eleven. There's also a Matsumoto Kiyoshi store downstairs. There's a Yodobashi store just around the corner. There's a lot to see. The most important thing is the convenience, so you don't have to worry about it even if it rains. The room was generally good, and you could open a 30-inch suitcase. It's a shame there's no water.
