The hotel has new facilities, clean environment, and ample space, so you can easily organize your luggage. It is very close to the subway station, and there is also a must-eat wagyu barbecue restaurant in Fukuoka nearby. The only drawback is that the washing machine does not have a drying function, and the dehumidification effect of hanging it in the bathroom is limited. In summer, clothes can be dried, but in winter, thick clothes may not be completely dried. You will receive the entrance password before check-in, and the check-in PIN code will be received the day before, so please pay attention to the email.

The elevator is really small and you have to close it to the mirror to close the door.. And there's something on the blanket... It's not clean.. It's spacious for the price, so that's good

I went on a package tour and extended my stay for 3 days. It was very good. I liked the location, the cleanliness of the room, and everything else. If I go to Fukuoka again, I will stay here again.

Location was very good since it is near a subway station. The unit is smaller than it seems in the picture.

There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside.
