When we opened the shower room, the curtain in the shower room is very smelly. When we left the door opened and when out for dinner, the whole room became very smelly too. Mouldy around bathtub, didnt dare to have a bath because of that. Bedsheet and blanket cover has stained. Aircon definitely needs servicing, it is dusty and mouldy smell. We had to open the window instead of using the aircon. Reception is not so welcoming when we checked in and checked out Only Pros this hotel has is location, Full Full, Shin Shin, Mina, Aeon supermarket, train station all short walking distance.

Really close to the centre of tenjin but not being too crowded. Next to metro station. Have lots of comic books in the lobby and being great experience for anime fans

Location is the only thing going for this hotel. It is relatively well maintained but boy do they need to replace all the manchester. The quilt cover had stains, the night gowns had changed colours, the towels have flayed all around and in the name of being eco friendly they don’t offer bottle waters in the room. However, the worst thing is that they have terrible internet reception in the room. I would only suggest that you stay here if you’re looking for a cheap hotel or you’re left with no other options.

A last-minute trip to Fukuoka led me to this hotel, which I had come across before. The hotel is quite new, and the room was clean. While not huge, there was enough space to comfortably open two suitcases. The location is incredibly convenient; it's situated right at the very end of the west side of Tenjin Underground Mall. Shinshin Ramen is just around the corner, and the lobby even has manga available for guests.

The room size wasn't an issue for me. However, despite Ctrip's assurance of Chinese-speaking staff, there was none available. Even more baffling, the hotel didn't even provide bottled water. Breakfast options were extremely limited. The bedding was an absolute disgrace, worse than even a budget domestic hotel like Atour. It was just a thin sheet with a duvet carelessly placed on top – truly substandard. But the most outrageous part was being charged 1000 JPY for luggage storage. Having traveled extensively worldwide, staying in countless hotels, visiting Japan 8 times and Fukuoka 4 times, I have *never* encountered a hotel that charges for luggage storage. This is utterly absurd.

Pros: The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was quite generous and tasty. Cons: The room was far too small. So small, in fact, that I had to put my suitcase on the bed just to open it. The tiny room also felt very cramped and oppressive. Because of this, despite the delicious breakfast, I wouldn't want to stay here again unless the price was unbelievably low during peak season.
