We stayed 5nights here and eventhough we knew and were prepared that the room will be small, we're still not used to the small room.
Despite the room size, the hotel is strategically located very near Hakata Station (right behind the bus terminal) making it very convenient to get to anywhere. Taking a taxi to the airport also takes only 10mins.
Loved the onsen and we literally went there very night throughout our stay.
Would recommend this hotel for its convenience and onsen experience!

Despite the compact size of its room, it seems the perfect location that comes with onsen for a solo traveler (if you plan to walk massively a lot)
Also, it is quite convenient to do a quick breakfast at the cafe or pick up stuffs at Lawson on the ground floor 👍🏻

Love the onsen. Good location, but i think abit on the pricier side. Very near to Hakata bus terminal which is great because we had an early bus.
Location is good, near lots of malls.
Even left me a birthday card.

Hotel lobby is very nice but room is extremely small. Unable to open the luggage. Hotel breakfast is good. May stay at this hotel again

The staff at this hotel were polite and very helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, but the food tasted good and was of nice quality.
I also appreciated that the lobby had sufficient seating, making it a comfortable place to rest or wait. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an extra pillow in the single rooms, which would add to the overall comfort.
However, the safe in my room was not functioning during my stay, which was a little inconvenient.

服務很好，入住很快很方便。房間條件和環境非常好，舒適又乾淨。早餐也很豐盛，選擇很多。一樓還有免費的大澡堂，飯後泡泡澡還可以緩解一天的勞累！
