Hakata Tokyu Rei Hotel

We stayed for 6 nights in 2 standard double rooms which is a bit small to open 2 big baggage s. Location wise it takes about 8 - 10 min walking to shopping malls , but 5 min to Hakata station from exit W6 just left turning from the hotel. Service is really good, when we asked the front desk crew about the shoes box disposal, a gentleman came to our rooms and took away. And a misunderstanding of the room cleaning issue , there's no cleaning service done in 1 of our rooms , a lady came up to clear the trash. Appreciated . Breakfast is good, healthy foods provided but if some changes made would be better for long stay Travellers. Amenities are adequate, basic skincare samples offers at the lobby, slippers in the room . Shower booth is really good too, strong water pressure, adjustable temperature. The weakness from my room is the sagging mattress not that comfortable.

Recommend to stay . Near to subway and malls. Nice breakfast . Friendly staff and clean room . With amenities like toothbrush , toothpaste and lobby provide some amenities self service like brush , lotion etc . Hotel have water dispenser and washer n dryer . Free beverage and tea time snack and ice cream. Will stay back if I visit next Time .

Convenient location right next to the Hakata shopping area. The room is small but clean. We could only get a smoking room but that was fine as there was very little smell in there.

Location is near the Hakata station. We would always use the 2nd level walkway to walk towards hotel direction. Front office staff were very helpful, we were rushing to offload our luggage at hotel before returning car. They helped with speedy checkin, and even helped to move the luggages into our room. We like the shower facilities, pressure is strong and good. But room was small for 2A1C and 3 luggages. I should have booked a bigger room. All in all, recommended!!
