Room: It's quite spacious, but the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable – they offer no support at all. It would be much better if they could improve that. Environment: The view from the window is beautiful overall! Food & Dining: The breakfast variety is a bit limited and doesn't change daily. We had a wonderful stay at Okura Hotel Fukuoka! The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The amenities were well-prepared and of great quality, and the housekeeping team was very thoughtful and attentive. The hotel has a gym, sauna, and swimming pool — entry requires an additional fee, but the pricing is reasonable. We came to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Although no special decorations could be arranged, the hotel kindly prepared some birthday cookies as a gesture, which was very sweet.
