Staff were friendly and helpful, room was small but ok for solo traveller with minimal luggage - large suitcases or multiple people with large suitcases might struggle a little having them open (storage should be fine). No powerpoint close to the bed, and no USB charging points anywhere. Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was simple but filling. Location was great, a block from the major train station, Lawson's next door, 10 min walk to canal city.

Great location near Hakata station. Old style hotel with key style door opening not the new tap style card opening. Clean room and with complete toiletries. No free daily bottled water.
With restaurant on the 1st floor.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located near Hakata Station, with lots of shopping and great food options nearby. The free breakfast was a nice bonus — we especially enjoyed trying the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was very interesting. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space for us to pack and organize our luggage. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fukuoka!

A very good and comfy hotel at a convenient location, just across the road is the Hakata station. The hotel staff are very nice and they can speak decent English. The interior decor is very classic too.

The stay was perfect! The location is (really) close to the train station and taxi stand, which makes traveling very easy. As well the area offers enough.
As an European, is English a common language to speak. I noticed that the staff doesn’t speak that well. Be patients on them, as they do so there best.

The hotel is super close with the JR Hakata Station. Classic interior but with a good quality. The key still normal keys, more spacious than common hotel in Hakata.
