Best Western Plus Fukuoka Tenjin-Minami
"I have reviewed this hotel previously in my earlier review and I would just want to state that the weekdays rate is much cheaper than the weekend rates a lot. The reason I came back to this hotel after my weekend stays earlier was due to their complimentary luggage storage for me while I was away in Kitakyushu for 2 nights. To save the hassle, I decided to stay back at this same hotel and store one of my luggage with them. Appreciate the hotel for such complimentary storage and also their assistance in calling the taxi for me to Hakata station and airport. Just be reminded to explain your request in Japanese as the staffs may not understand your request if you have similar request like mine and ensure you have made the booking and payment for your next stay or else they may decline your request as they cant locate your booking confirmation with the hotel."
The Grand Residence Hotel Hakata
"This is a guesthouse located in an apartment building. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It's not far from Higashi-Hie subway station, within walking distance. It's also close to the airport, a taxi ride costs less than 2000 JPY. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, so the location is pretty convenient. There are two downsides, though: first, the soundproofing isn't great, and second, cigarette smoke drifts in from other rooms."
Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Gion
Sleek, modern interiors with a cosy boutique feel in the heart of Gion.
New opening! About a 5-minute drive to Marine Messe | Loft space for up to 4 guests
Hakata Nakasu Washington Hotel Plaza
"This hotel is very well located, on the corner of Nakasu, the nightlife district of Fukuoka. It is within short walking distance from Kushida Shrine, Fukuoka's main mall with lots of restaurants and shops, Canal City Hakata, and the Nakasu Food Stalls Street, where you can grab delicious street food. The hotel is also directly next to a canal. The amenities are very good, again, mostly being available in the lobby. The room is very nice, larger than most in Japan. Overall, a very pleasant hotel that is centrally located."

Heiwadai Hotel 5
"I stayed only one night after my flight from Okinawa but the hotel is very conveniently located. There is a direct subway from the airport, many things to see by walking distance around the hotel and the city center is also very close by subway. I found the room very clean, quite spacious as well! The only thing I would do differently is the breakfast which did not really win my heart. It was okay but I would note take it again :) apart from that I would definitely stay again!"
The Blossom Hakata Premier
Contemporary design hotel with a serene Japanese aesthetic, just steps from Hakata Station.
HOTEL WBF GRANDE HAKATA
"This hotel was the cheapest I can find for the Saturday stay at hakata, for 14kjpy/night w/o breakfast w twin bed. I was quite shocked when entering see luggages on the heavy duty shelf in open space. I did not know how to rate the service since it was self check in/out. Self-Check in/out was quite smooth if u are literate. Quite a distance maybe 10mins walk to hakata station but we always had a bus ride/taxi. This hotel has onsen which i never use it, but according to my partner it was packed at night. Free flow of drinks. The room was clean but the shower water was quite unstable sometimes. Cleaner will clean trash but never replace teabags."
Reisenkaku Hotel Kawabata
"I stored luggage at counter when I check in because it was too early at time. When I get back to hotel at night, the staff had already placed my luggage in my room. That's very helpful. Location is quite convenient, it's between two train station, but just short walk like 5 to 10 min to get to either one. There is nice ramen place around the corner of the hotel."
Hotel New Otani Hakata
Elegant boutique ambience offering a refined stay close to Hakata’s main attractions.
Miyako Hotel Hakata
Premium city hotel opposite Hakata Station, boasting a rooftop spa and open-air bath.
Hotel Okura Fukuoka
"Staff at reception were friendly. Bell man was helpful and promptly brought the weighing scale when we needed to check the weight of our luggage before heading to the airport. Enjoyed my early grey tea in the room. The kettle and cups were clean. The pajamas placed in the room were comfort able."
HILLTOP RESORT FUKUOKA
Exclusive hilltop retreat boasting panoramic vistas and refined resort-style comfort.
Futsukaichi Hot Spring - Daimaru Besso
"This 160-year-old onsen hotel naturally has some outdated facilities, but the service is exceptionally good. If you arrive early, you can wait in the lounge area or explore the nearby surroundings. When checking in at 3 PM, our luggage was already in the room. A staff member accompanied us to our room and explained the hotel's amenities. The Japanese garden is beautiful!"
Hotel Hokke Club Fukuoka
"Hotel is quite abit of a distance 15mins walk from the Hakata train station. Room is small bit clean."
Heartscapsule Hotel&Spa
"This is the spacious capsule hotel I stay in Japan. Overall experince is ok and nice. The location is strategic. If they provide the luggage storage nearby each bed, so the experience is perfect , thank you Fukuoka."

Hotel Marinoa Resort Fukuoka
"Although the hotel is a bit old, the service is very good. All staff were welcoming and friendly. I like the free lounge service, there’s free drinks and snacks available. The size of the room was big and clean. Only downside was the blankets seems to be a bit small to me. There’s free parking so it’s suitable for travellers with cars. It’s also suitable for travellers who like to stay in quiet areas."
