Richmond Properties in Fukuoka

I stayed here during the Christmas season, so the room rate was a bit higher than usual, but it was absolutely worth it. The hotel is in a perfect location — just a 3-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was extremely clean. I was lucky to get a room facing the street, where I could see the trees turning bright yellow. It was such a beautiful view. One small detail I really appreciated was the hair dryer in my room. They provided a Rafa hair dryer, which is a rather premium brand. Since I have long hair, using a high-quality dryer made such a difference — my hair dried so quickly and smoothly. I was genuinely impressed by this thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth choosing this hotel.

Very conveniently located, right in the center of Tenshin shopping district. No parking lot on site, but the hotel works with a nearby underground parking lot for a discounted rate of 1000yen per night, only about 200m walk away. Our room was very spacious and functional, and the bed was just the perfect amount of firmness. If you’re in Fukuoka for purely shopping and food I would highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was super convenient. The commercial street, long-distance bus station, and large shopping malls were all within easy reach. There were also tons of great restaurants right downstairs and nearby. Mr. Li and Mr. Zhang at the front desk, a lady in the restaurant, and the person in charge of reservations all provided excellent service.
