Tokyu Properties in Fukuoka

Though not large, this hotel offers great value for money. Staying on the 13th floor, I could see Hakata Subway Station right outside the window, which speaks volumes about its excellent location! The room was also clean. The only downside was the inconsistent provision of water; sometimes it was given after cleaning, sometimes not, and I couldn't figure out the pattern.

The hotel is close to exits 1 and 4 of Nakasu Kawabata metro station (exit 1 has only a short stair, and exit 4 has an elevator and escalator). Exit 4 is in a small shopping mall building that has a Donki on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a Cocokara drugstore and Foodway supermarket in the basement. Every convenience store brand is not far from the hotel. If you get off at exit 4, you can use the little alley in picture 5 to shorten your distance. The hotel is clean and comfy. The room is big enough for two people (twin bed), bigger than other hotels. Overall, it was great to stay and sleep for four nights. The body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are so great to use; I can't find them to buy, but I couldn't find a shower cap in the room 🤣.
