Overall, a pretty satisfying experience. The hotel is about a 5-8 minute walk from Hakata Station, and you can reach it from both exits. The highlight for me was having a washer/dryer combo and a microwave in the room, which was incredibly convenient. The room size is typical for Japan, a bit on the smaller side. If you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend booking a residential room instead.

The room was clean and tidy, exactly as pictured in the hotel's promotional materials. We were a family of three, and upon check-in, the sofa by the window had already been made into a bed. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around, and it's very close to both a park and a shopping mall. The breakfast was also good.
