This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's called a hotel, but it's actually a nursing home for the elderly. Walking in, you're greeted by an air of old age. The service is terrible. They asked me for a pair of slippers and told me to get them myself. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower, and they said it was only for one person. My goodness, there were three of us, and the others had to wait 40 minutes for the water heater to reheat! The bed was also very hard. I definitely don't recommend staying here!

The room we booked had stains and hair on the bedding. We only discovered this after we showered and went to bed. There was no service staff, only a security guard who insisted that we wait for our bedding to be changed. I asked to change rooms, and later upgraded to a suite. The result was even more shocking. As soon as I turned on the light, a huge cockroach flew out and scared me half to death. The bathroom mirror was still taped, and the plastic film on the bed had not been removed and was covered in dust. The curtains didn't even block out the sun. For such a large suite, the beds in both rooms were single beds. We slept very tightly at night, and the bed boards were very hard.
