The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The moment I entered, I felt incredibly comfortable. The bedding was soft and gentle on my skin, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had a nice, dry and wet area, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. Leslie, the front desk clerk, even proactively asked about my stay experience during check-out, which was very thoughtful.

The hotel service is very good and enthusiastic. We stayed for three consecutive days and soaked in hot springs for three days. During the Chinese New Year, the housekeeper also gave us tickets to the amusement park. Every waiter has a good attitude. I even won a prize while having New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel.

Comfortable room. Balcony with hill view. Large bathroom. Shampoo and soap in small tubes. No washing machine and dry cleaning takes 2 days. No iron. Fridge not cold at all. Better to buy your cold beer in the 3rd floor shop. Breakfast not varied but generous. No black coffee but coffee with milk. A place for families with small children. Access to the hot springs is paid. Problem is the loud music coming from the Hot Spring Park. And poor acoustics with the corridor. Restaurant next to the hotel is delicious! Reasonable prices. Good evening restaurant food in the hotel. So-so for meals ordered outside. Very friendly reception.
