Very warm to receive a birthday card when we checked in the room. Thanks for being considerate and welcome. As other reviews, the room is clean and spacious. The location is wonderful right at the centre of city. We did include the breakfast and there are many varieties in the morning including the local snacks and dumplings. But one thing to note is the member stay points can only be earned if you booked the room via their official web or app or flying pig app. Our stay via trip com was not eligible to earn the stays. However, it is a great experience in general.

I had an issue with the air-conditioning in my original room, but the hotel staff handled it with exceptional professionalism and care. They responded promptly to my concern and, without hesitation, arranged for a complimentary room upgrade to ensure my comfort. Spacious family room with a bathtub and bath salts provided. Loved the thoughtful touches—fruits and snacks, plus housekeeping delivered a cooling eye mask and closed the curtains in the evening. Buffet breakfast was ok, with both Western and Chinese options. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay.

Air con was not cold, set 18 degree wif speed 3 but room temp was 24.50 degree. Overall the rest was great
