Fuqing is a beautiful place with outstanding people, and choosing Rongqiao Hotel for accommodation is the wisest decision. Although it's rated as a four-star hotel, both its interior and exterior environments are definitely five-star standard. It feels fantastic to be nestled among Fuqing's scenic mountains and waters. The breakfast spread is especially rich, with a wide variety of local specialties. There's also a stunning little garden landscape. The swimming pool is very clean, and the front desk manager is incredibly polite. Due to the large number of guests checking in that day, I couldn't get a higher-floor room. After discussing with Ctrip, they agreed to waive the breakfast fee, and Ctrip's service is truly reliable and trustworthy 👍👍 Will definitely come again!

I've stayed at this hotel countless times, but I'll never go back. There was no air conditioning all night, and when I contacted the staff, they made me sign a waiver to open the window. The draft from outside was strong, and the smell of cooking oil was unbearable. It was so hot I couldn't sleep all night. Speechless. Checking out at noon was delayed by 10 minutes while they waited for an inspection before returning my $300 deposit, making me feel like a thief. Yesterday, at the Sheraton, my $600 deposit was refunded instantly after they only asked if I had used anything. Three bottles of drinks in the room might actually make someone a thief. Seriously! The hotel is old and run-down. Suitable for rich and leisurely people.
