FU QING LAN TIAN HOTEL

The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hot water supply broke down in the middle of the night, the maintenance worker was very loud, the room was really poorly soundproofed, and the sanitation and cleaning were not good either. There were stains on both pillows on the bed. Not getting enough rest.

The room size is OK, but the carpet is not very clean. The service needs to be improved. It is not very child-friendly. I called the front desk at night to ask for a quilt, but they said they would check and there was no response. Everything else is OK! It's very close to places to eat and parking is convenient, but there is no charging station!

I checked into the hotel at midnight on the way back. I stayed there for a short time, but the price was very expensive. I felt that the cost performance was not high. The surrounding area was very remote. The room facilities were good and the breakfast was OK.

The toiletries are too bad, and there are no normal coffee bags
