好久沒來這家酒店了，之前漲價了很貴，這次看到有便宜的就定了。 還是住的小樓，不過二樓窗户不好開，光線不行，好在房間燈還是比較亮。 以前來早餐都很豐富，這次，好傢伙，就幾個東西，主食就衹有面，然後就沒什麼菜了，簡直差到極點了，服務員説現在淡季沒人，早餐就少。湊合吃了走人。

前台不知培訓不到位還是故意為之，免按金入住是定酒店時在平台的就有，辦理入住時明確告知前提卻依舊被要求繳納按金，衹能用無語形容。此外，酒店內的部分書籍指南政治站位不高，需要正視，服務指南部分內容訊息滯後，沒有及時更新且易造成誤導。

作為本地規模較大、算是縣城標誌性的酒店，本以為服務能跟上定位，結果入住體驗非常差。 最影響心情的是前台服務，那位戴眼鏡的女員工態度極其惡劣，全程不耐煩、語氣沖，動不動就擺臉色、帶怨氣，完全沒有基本的服務意識和職業素養，花錢住店反而像在受氣。 對比之下，另一位年輕的前台小姑娘態度温和、有禮貌，反差實在太明顯。 希望酒店能加強一線員工的職業素養培訓，不要讓個別員工的惡劣態度，毀掉整家酒店的口碑和形象。

下高速不遠就到的園林式酒店，環境非常好，緊挨一片階梯式道教典堂。還依山傍水。周邊吃飯也很方便，其中那萬山小院餐館挺好的。房間設施也挺好，早餐也還可以，服務也不錯。總之，性價比高。

酒店環境不錯，由一棟棟小別墅組成，就在福泉山下河對面，17年裝修的，稍微有點陳舊，住的1621房，衞生一般，入住時候上個客人用一次性杯子裝的煙頭還在垃圾桶裏，門廳不是很高，但是結了蜘蛛網居然沒有打掃，看樣子存了在不短時間。
