Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place is cozy and lovely especially during winter season. Free flow of Furano wines from afternoon to night. I strongly recommend and we will revisit again.

Room is nice and clean, very comfortable and location ease to find. Very nice hotel. Breakfast is valuable as well only 2000yen per pax. I like the drinks area and got free wine to drink from 3pm-9pm. Nice and quiet environment. Will come again. Good facilities for hot bath. Nice customer service

Hotel has plenty of parking spaces, room is clear with air purifier, great Onsen. Free flow of Furano Wine, coffee, tea and snack.

Stylish hotel with signature furniture, good place for families or groups
Love the special coffee and tea choices at the restaurant for refreshment.

Location is good - 10 mins drive from Furano JR station. There’s a Lawson 5 mins walk away. The hotel is away from the main street and quiet.
Hotel has ample free parking.
You get daily housekeeping - only if you place the housekeeping tag on the outside of your room door before 11am, otherwise the hotel will reject your request.
