The place is great in decoration and space. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They even have a balcony for the summer air. However, it would be great if they can provide water bottles and more vending machine for convenience since the CVS is a bit far from hotel.

The staff and service were very nice. They planned my taxi trip from the hotel to Farm Tomita and then to the airport so I could spend time in the lavender fields. Another great thing to mention is their excellent English skills, and they also speak German, Korean, and Chinese. This is just what I observed personally. They booked a great dinner for me and contacted me via WhatsApp. Thanks! The room was clean, modern, and comfy. Nothing more to say. I am pretty picky (having always stayed in 5-star hotels only), but I can say that this one is probably the best in this geographically remote area, as there are no 5-star options that would satisfy my taste

Visited in the summer. It's a quiet and comfortable new hotel, located right near the ski resort. I imagine it gets pretty lively in the winter.

The hotel and room were incredibly neat and clean. The view from the window was like a painting. Every staff member was exceptionally attentive, warm, and polite. We were very pleased with the room's design, which had a lovely European feel. All the in-room amenities, such as kitchenware, an oven, and a washing machine, were fully equipped. Even though we only stayed for two nights, it felt just like home. We highly recommend this place to all our friends; our whole family gives it a score of 90+!

For how much we paid, (~$300/night) the room didn’t even provide daily housekeeping. the “free” laundry service featured dryers that didn’t dry our clothes even after 3 hours in the bin. We had to experiment to find out that drying in 30 minute cycles was the most effective. The food options around are fairly limited and they do not provide bottled water every day. Service staff were very nice and friendly though. The town itself is nice and quiet
