The room is very spacious — the biggest one I’ve stayed in throughout my trip in Hokkaido! Parking is free and conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The resort staff are very nice and welcoming. I don’t remember her name, but the Indonesian lady at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. I totally recommend this resort!

This is a truly wonderful hotel, located in a very convenient area. One of the highlights is the breakfast—it’s delicious, fresh, clean, and full of the authentic taste of Hokkaido. My stay here was impressive, and I definitely want to come back again. If I return to Hokkaido, I would book this hotel again without hesitation.
There’s plenty of parking, the bathroom amenities are fully equipped, and the staff provide excellent service. Some staff members can also communicate in English, which makes the stay even more comfortable. Everything was simply perfect.

You need a car to get to this hotel even though it is not far from the town center. There is carpark available for hotel guests.
Breakfast is nice with lots of variety. Room is big but no lift. There is an indoor and outdoor hot pool in the public bath but outdoor was not open during my visit.
We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Staff at recep and restaurant are friendly

Great hotel slightly outside of town. Convenient if driving. Spacious rooms with clean beds and towels. Would have appreciated additional pillows.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice and cozy. They offer free breakfast and free parking, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided good service.
One small issue was a misunderstanding on my part — I thought the check-out time was 11 AM, but it was actually 10 AM. A staff member came to inform me at 9:55 AM and asked me to pack up within 5 minutes to avoid extra charges. It was a bit rushed, but to be fair, it was my mistake for not checking the correct time.
Still, I had a pleasant stay overall!
