看到是富順高檔榜排名第一且臨江看江的酒店便選擇了這家，其地理位置與房間陳設乏善可陳，服務卻極差強人意。辦理入住時前台一邊接電話一邊心不在焉一心二用地接待客人，問詢一些基本情況時也愛搭不理毛毛躁躁，與前幾天市裡所住的幾家酒店相比高下立判，相形見絀。由此可見其服務態度與話術在培訓階段就有所欠缺。
