GGuest UserEveryone was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was really friendly and approachable. This homestay had so many thoughtful touches, and the hostess, in particular, went above and beyond to help with every little detail. The overall design of the guesthouse was also stunning. It's a truly unforgettable place, with quite a few entertainment options. I especially remember the ice fishing experience and even had the chance to enjoy a meal accompanied by a kitten!

HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。
而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。
这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。
唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

GGuest UserTraveling with my child for the Spring Festival, Hekou was a fantastic choice! My little one absolutely loved it. The evening performance with the 'iron flowers' was particularly spectacular, and the small snow tubing area was a hit with the kids. The room was comfortable, and the complimentary amenities offered great value for money. Breakfast was excellent! A special shout-out to Mark at the front desk – he helped us find our lost belongings, and we are incredibly grateful. We will definitely choose Hekou again for our next visit!

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value.
What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way.
Highly recommended.

The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

GGuest UserThere were seven of us in total – six adults and one child – and we had a great stay. The place was clean, the furnishings were new, and it was super convenient for getting around. It was also very close to the transfer center, just across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't go up the mountain as it was closed for several days. We thought we were lucky to grab tickets, but then the official account announced the day before that the mountain would remain closed until August 2nd. What a shame! However, the guesthouse itself was excellent. Even though we missed out on the mountain this time, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to make up for it.

QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

DdoudouwayThe Swiss chalet was truly beautiful and very picturesque. Perhaps due to the Chinese New Year, the hotel's service capacity was really stretched. For the premium price we paid, the experience was quite mediocre, and it didn't offer the same value for money as the neighboring Holike. From check-in, it was chaotic with people cutting queues unchecked. Sparklers left by our door were taken. After skiing, our villa room wasn't ready. We were told to carry our own luggage to the second floor, which was unheard of. Even with an apology, I still find it unbelievable. We paid a super five-star price but received no five-star service. The underfloor heating temperature also couldn't be adjusted.

The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies.
