The room was a bit small, but I guess that's typical for a resort. Although it's a bit dated, it was quite clean. My only negative experience was probably due to how busy it was. I wanted to inquire about getting my ski pass deposit back and asked at the front desk, but after one follow-up question, they just ignored me. So then I went to the ski pass office to ask how to get a refund, and they told me the deposit would automatically be refunded once the ski pass was returned. Turns out, I never got it back because my ski pass hadn't been returned. In the end, I had to pay a 40-yuan ski pass fee to get my deposit back. It just felt a bit chaotic with the activities there, and the instructions weren't very clear.
