Changbai Mountain Tianmu Pengrui Hot Spring Hotel

The service attitude was extremely poor. The front desk refused to answer questions and did not provide ski tickets, which caused a long delay in skiing. Mineral water was not provided during the stay. A hotel worth several hundred yuan is not as good as a small hotel. The skiing experience can also be very poor. Deposits are charged everywhere and protective gears are sold in limited sizes. The transportation back and forth is not convenient. If you ask for a price casually, be careful.

I checked in on the last day of the National Day holiday and the room rate was much cheaper than the previous day ~ The hotel environment is quite satisfactory. The highlight is the smart toilet, which is high-end. The rest is just so-so, especially the toiletries. I am not satisfied... The selling point is of course the Tianmu opposite. I am still very satisfied with the hot springs. I spent three hours playing there, especially the high strontium hot springs, which are really good. Even the toiletries in the room and the hot spring bath room are all cheap add-ons of the same brand, so the quality does not match the room rate. I hope the hotel can improve it. Since the National Day holiday is over, the hotel's original breakfast buffet has also been changed to delivery to the room. I didn't have high expectations at first, and I understand that the hotel doesn't want to waste food, but I am really satisfied with it unexpectedly. The waiter delivered the meal to the room on time, and it was very generous. The cart was full, and the milk was still warm. The service was very considerate, and he told me that if there was not enough food, you could add more. The amount was more than what we would have eaten on site. We didn’t finish it and took away what we had eaten at lunch in the expressway service area. It's just that the box is a bit expensive and not environmentally friendly enough. They are given for two people. In fact, some of them can be packed in one lunch box, such as sweet potatoes. It is understandable to explain to the guests that they are for two people if they are packed together. Support environmental protection~ Maybe we Cantonese are not used to the salty dishes there. The cold kelp shreds and beans were a bit too salty. I hope the hotel can put less salt in it. We couldn't eat it in the end, so we washed it with water before finishing it...

The room is very clean, simple and generous, and the space is large; there is an outdoor infinity swimming pool, eight hot spring pools suitable for different groups of people, swings, etc. The hotel is small and beautiful. The breakfast is okay, not great but not bad. The nutrition is satisfactory and the taste is average. The hotel overall is very cost-effective!

第一天來到長白住這 這裏周邊打車有點困難 天沐温泉确實是讓我這旅行畫龍點晴 完勝北海道的温泉 那有戶外温泉可以下雪看霧淞 還是真温泉 ♨️這兩天也去過萬達跟魯能的泡 完全不同級數 值得一來 不過好奇床單房是跟甚麼放在一齊的 好多線頭跟毛毛 有點詭異。。早餐是放到房間 問了我們2次幾點用餐 我們說了8點半 早上未到8點。。就叫我們起床開門拿早餐。。這點不能接受 要這麼趕下班嗎。。那問我們幹麼。。

酒店是新修的，所以環境非常好，從大廳到房間都很新，房間的採光也很好，入住體驗很不錯，天沐的温泉也很不錯，衹需要過一下馬路，並不費勁，是同價位酒店裡很有性價比的選擇，也會推薦朋友下次來西坡玩，選擇天沐

酒店房間還不錯，衞生挺乾淨，安靜，很舒適，都齊全，附近有很多農家菜管，味道都挺好吃的 温泉要走過去馬路，體驗感不錯～ 接機服務很好，晚上6點45分的飛機依然安排了接機師傅，點贊！

入住不希望住最邊房間還是給安排，最後感謝領班經理幫助更換！早餐湊活吧能吃飽就行！房間剛裝修的味道還是有，不是很滿意！必須吐嘈就是温泉真是不怎麼樣呢！前台愛搭不理的呢

不錯的體驗，在這旺季，這裏真的合算，房間清爽，還送早餐，温泉券，接送機，門口有個場地，小孩子玩雪不亦樂乎！性價比之王！去周邊遊玩的地方也還方便
