Wanda Momoland Changbai Mountain

Staying at Momoland Hotel was a delightful experience. Nana, a staff member, was incredibly patient and warm, giving us detailed tips for exploring the area. Our room was well-equipped and quiet. The resort itself is sprawling with refreshing air, perfect for a family getaway. The mountain-top views from the resort are stunning, and the recreational facilities are really fun. Definitely worth a return visit!

My stay was very satisfying. The hotel environment is unique and the themed setting creates a wonderful atmosphere. The common areas are clean and elegant. The front desk service was warm and efficient, staff responded promptly, and provided thoughtful and attentive service. The food and desserts were high quality, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, the service was meticulous and attentive, making for a comfortable stay with great value for money. I highly recommend it. The hotel manager was also excellent, providing great recommendations for local dining and entertainment.

The hotel's magic theme was a hit with the kids, and the resort itself has a beautiful environment, with comfortable boating. The only minor issue was at breakfast when I asked for a paper cup to take some coffee back to my room, and the staff initially refused. In contrast, the restaurant service at the Holiday Inn next door might be better; the staff were enthusiastic, and we used the included vouchers there for lunch. The chef's skills were excellent, and the food was delicious. When we were leaving, they even gave us two free coffees after hearing we were driving.

The room was clean and the themed room was a huge hit with the kids. The manager's one-on-one service was excellent. I brought two little ones and they had an absolute blast the whole time. Plus, the photos we took turned out amazing! You really need to stay at least two days, otherwise, you won't have enough time to enjoy everything – the kids certainly didn't want to leave!

This hotel offers great value for money, and my kids absolutely loved it. We spent the first two nights in the Jinhua Suite, and the difference was quite noticeable. The service at Momoland was much better than at the Jinhua Suite. Manager Jake was very enthusiastic, and the breakfast here was also tastier. However, the location is a bit out of the way; it's about a twenty-minute walk to the tourist town. There's also a mini-train you can take, but it gets incredibly crowded. We basically ate breakfast and then went out to explore, only returning in the evening. The only minor flaw was when I shook the duvet, I saw dust motes dancing in the light.

The hotel boasts a magical theme decor, and even the bedding matches the hotel's theme. It's clean and hygienic. The service is excellent; the 'magical journey' staff (wizards) are very dedicated, making for a truly immersive experience.

Stepping into the hotel, the lobby decor immediately impressed me; it had a fantastic ambiance. Jack at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, and checking in came with a ton of exclusive resort benefits. An absolutely superb vacation experience!

The front desk manager, Stanty, thoroughly explained all the resort activities to me during check-in, which was very thoughtful and patient. Breakfast hours are quite long, available until 10 AM, and the hotel lobby is also very beautiful.

For a summer escape to Changbai Mountain, I chose the Magic Forest Hotel. The room was cool and dry, with no stuffiness. Stanty, the front desk manager, was incredibly efficient; she processed our check-in quickly and proactively explained all the complimentary benefits included with our stay. The hotel's overall service was attentive and personalized, making our summer visit comfortable and enjoyable without any complaints.
