I’m booking hotels all the time and usually expensive hotels, but this was the best hospitality I ever seen in my life! besides the view which is amazing the hotel staff was so helpful so nice so amazing!!! They took care of us so well it felt like we are king and queen for few days, every activity like outside spa, and ski pass that includes equipment (wanda) was drastically lower price only because we asked the Stuff to take care of it. They took us to the ski place and got us back and took us to amazing local restaurants really like we are the most important thing in their life!!! I wish all of you who see this comment will decide to book from them it will be one of the best decisions you made for Sure 100%!!!!!

BRILLIANT! It’s exactly as (if not better than) advertised and the friendly staff and unique experience made for an unforgettable holiday. It’s away from the hustle and bustle in the busier areas but close enough to get to so definitely the best of both worlds. The concierge arranged activities very well with reliable people and was flexible to make it all very comfortable. He answered all our questions promptly and went above and beyond in every respect. With the panoramic views it made watching the snow fall and fireworks a magical experience. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you

A truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again 🥰
