Facilities: The room facilities are very old (including the decor style). The hardware in the bathroom is peeling, and the sink is cracked 😂. The walls are also peeling, and the bed creaks a bit. There are hot springs available for soaking. Hygiene: The room hygiene isn't a major issue; the cleaning staff tidied up and made the beds daily, which was a pleasant sight to return to. However, the hot spring hygiene is very poor. The floor mat at the entrance had noticeable stains, and upon closer inspection, the hot spring water had many floating skin flakes. Service: There's a pick-up service but no drop-off. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and the prices aren't too expensive. During our stay, the occupancy rate was low, and the hotel seemed to have turned off the central heating or floor heating, making it a bit cold, especially in the lobby.
