Hotel is good. Service is excellent especially our assigned butler 小王管家（7号) who was very helpful, and thoughtful of our needs. Will stay here again on our next visit to changbaishan.

Overall, the hotel was decent. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast, however, wasn't as good as what I've experienced at other Westin locations. It's conveniently located very close to Wanda Holiday Resort Town, just a few minutes' walk, making dining options easily accessible. We stayed in a suite, and the Trip.com agent was incredibly helpful!

I had initially assumed the hotel might be a bit dated, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and cleanliness. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was generous. The on-site restaurant was also quite good. They offered personalized butler service, and all the staff members were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area within the resort grounds, and our room had a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the fantastic fresh air. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. 👍

The Westin is a well-established hotel, and its service is truly exceptional. Butler #7 was charming and incredibly helpful. Despite being built in 2012, the facilities are well-maintained. My main complaint, however, is that the lighting is far too dim! The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, and they even provided a complimentary breakfast for children. The hotel lobby is also grand and impressive, but once again, the lighting is far too dim! The bed was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The room was spotless, and the incredibly comfortable mattress ensured a fantastic rest after a day of activities. The hotel also offered some great complimentary perks. The surrounding area is beautiful and very pleasant, with activities perfect for families with children. It would also be a delightful retreat for friends vacationing near Changbai Mountain. Our assigned concierge, Butler No. 3, provided excellent service and was always very prompt with replies.

The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing. Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. A special shout-out and huge thank you to Concierge No. 5 for their exceptionally attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Wanda Resort, offering very convenient dining options. Plus, it's only 12 kilometers from the Changbaishan West Slope Tourist Center, which made getting to the mountain incredibly easy.

Absolutely do not recommend staying here; the experience was truly awful. 1. The room felt very dated. 2. The shower didn't drain properly, leaving standing water throughout the night. 3. The hot water in the room was extremely inconsistent, constantly fluctuating between scalding hot and cold. 4. It's a Westin in brand name only; the service was incredibly subpar. 5. When I called to request a luggage bag, I received conflicting information – first they said they had one, then they claimed they didn't.

The professionalism of the hotel's concierge team, especially staff member #3, was truly outstanding! When arranging transportation, they'd proactively communicate my location and destination to the driver beforehand, ensuring I could get into the car swiftly. Their recommendations for local specialty restaurants were spot on and incredibly authentic, helping me perfectly steer clear of any tourist traps. With their assistance, my entire trip felt so much smoother and completely stress-free.

The hotel rooms were excellent, as always. On this vacation, I stayed at two Wanda hotels, and in terms of the rooms themselves, the Westin was significantly better than the Jinhua. The Jinhua's advantage, however, was its more convenient location. I'd especially like to thank Butler No. 3 at the Westin; their responses to all my needs, from pre-booking inquiries to post-check-in requests, were incredibly prompt!

Extremely satisfied! This established five-star hotel offers reliable ambiance and room facilities. While it's been around for a while, it's very well-maintained. We stayed for two consecutive nights. The only minor drawback is its slight distance from the town, though taking the path up the slope from the back entrance makes the walk much shorter. The breakfast was delicious. A special shout-out to Manager Amy! When our child had a fever and wanted millet porridge, she kindly reserved a bowl for us. After we returned from our medical appointment, she had it heated and delivered right to our room. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids.

Facilities: While the hotel has been open for a few years, it's well-maintained, and certain areas have been updated. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Wanda Resort, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Service: The service was excellent. They were very thorough in explaining the resort's benefits and amenities. A special shout-out to personal concierges #3 and #7, whose service was absolutely outstanding!!!

The disparity in hotel service experience can be truly staggering. Our trip to Changbaishan was already a letdown, but the staff at the Westin Hotel were truly a ray of sunshine in winter, providing exceptionally thoughtful and caring service. We had originally booked and confirmed a suite at the Jinhua Hotel as part of a package, only to be informed at 4 PM on the day of our arrival that we couldn't check in. After a frustrating three to four-hour wait with no resolution, we had no choice but to turn to Ctrip and book a room at the Westin instead. Adding insult to injury, at 9:30 PM that same evening, Jinhua actually called my parents to inform them that they could 'now check in' – by which point we had already left. This entire fiasco immediately triggered a severe headache for my mother. In stark contrast, the Westin's handling of the situation was incredibly impressive. The staff were highly responsible and dedicated; they accompanied my mother to the hospital for a check-up, provided me with real-time updates, and were incredibly dependable throughout. Both hotels are brands under Wanda, yet the disparity in service was truly astonishing. I must say, the Westin was far superior.
