Sheraton Changbaishan Resort

I requested a room change, and Bolin at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I was in a hurry to leave, so she even helped move my luggage to the new room, which I really appreciate! The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is lovely with butterflies (see photo P3). The breakfast was absolutely delicious – it felt like a little Nordic experience in China! 👍

The room was great, and the staff were all very welcoming. Butler #2 was especially quick to respond. I'd definitely come back again.

Staying during the off-season, the overall experience was surprisingly perfect. The hotel's environment was quiet and serene, meticulously clean and tidy, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel room and service were both great. Personally, I wouldn't recommend going in the summer. The amusement park services were terrible, everyone seemed eager to finish work, and the cable car stopped allowing people to board as early as 4:10 PM.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Ambiance: The resort has a lot of recreational facilities, making it perfect for relaxing and staying within the hotel. Service: I was very satisfied with the complimentary room upgrade!

Visited Changbai Mountain during the May Day holiday, strategically avoiding the peak rush. Booked a Sheraton but got upgraded to a Westin family suite, which was spacious and well-equipped – the kids loved it! Concierge Xiao Hui provided excellent service, and overall, the hotel was fantastic. May Day must be considered off-season, as the entire Wanda resort area seemed understaffed. Many restaurants were closed, and we stayed for three days without getting to try the toboggan ride...

Traveling during the Qingming Festival, the resort wasn't crowded, and neither was the hotel. The breakfast spread wasn't huge, but it offered a decent variety. The view outside the window was still beautiful; we even experienced snow, waking up to a pristine white landscape. When my child wasn't feeling well, even though the park didn't have medical facilities, the hotel kindly helped us by making ginger tea.

Five stars, highly recommend!

The hotel service was excellent, with a dedicated butler assigned to us. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, and they even offered breakfast for two adults and two children for one room, along with a complimentary afternoon tea. We had a slight delay checking in on the first day, only getting our room after 3 PM because it wasn't ready. However, the butler proactively upgraded our room the next day, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.
