The resort hotel includes free scenic cable car rides. August is when the mountain forests are at their greenest, and you can take the cable car to see the entire forest from above. You don't have to hike to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Bella was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented throughout our stay. We'll definitely come back when we have time!

Our butler provided one-on-one travel advice throughout our stay, including daily updates on the opening/closing of Tianchi Lake during the rainy season and park weather announcements. They proactively planned alternative rainy-day activities, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. In August, Changbai Mountain experiences frequent rain and fog, and we were so grateful that the staff promptly informed us about Tianchi Lake's closure, saving us a wasted trip. Our rainy-day itinerary was well-arranged, making the entire journey worry-free and effortless. The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are quite comprehensive.

We were traveling with a child in a wheelchair due to a foot injury. After communicating in advance, Yuan Qijia (Xiao Man) thoughtfully helped us arrange a room in a building that was easily accessible for wheelchairs. She also showed concern for the child's injury and, considering two families were traveling together, did her best to accommodate our needs. She patiently answered all our questions about the water park and was incredibly thorough in anticipating guests' every need. The resort has everything for dining, entertainment, and activities. The service goes beyond mere procedure; you can truly feel their genuine care for guests. It's a very reassuring choice for families with children.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. My butler, Haha, added me on WeChat two days before check-in and kept up with our itinerary, even telling us how to take the bus from the West Station. During our stay, we also got to see the resort's fireworks and iron flower performances. The hotel is centrally located and well-equipped. Before check-in, Yuan Qijia communicated with us, providing detailed explanations about the slide, the coaster, and the 'Waku' lake cruise. They even thoughtfully reminded us about small details, like keeping the screens closed due to mountain mosquitoes. When we went up the mountain one morning and needed to pack food from the restaurant, Xiao Man helped coordinate with the manager to resolve our request. Every day, Xiao Man would also send us timely weather forecasts and real-time updates on the status of various attractions in Changbai Mountain, which was very helpful for planning our itinerary. The room service was also excellent. Since the elderly guests drank a lot of water, their room was already replenished upon their return. After check-out, we realized we had left something behind, and the staff promptly took a photo and confirmed it with us, showing their diligent and responsible approach. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The elderly guests were very satisfied with their stay. The resort offers a wide range of activities, and transportation is convenient. Overall, the trip was very pleasant, and we'll definitely be back for skiing in the winter!
