房間還不錯，管理也比較有序，度假區贈送了很多權益，就是去的這幾天一直在下雨，最後一天晴天了，玩的很開心。有游泳池、小型遊樂場等室內遊戲可以玩，有温泉權益贈送，還有徵西索道，天晴的時候，風景很美，雲朵就像伸手就能夠到。對了，還贈送了遊湖權益，就是那種腳踏船，也挺好玩的。

萬達錦華度假酒店入住兩晚，房間挺大寬敞乾淨明亮，在房間內還能欣賞外面風景，從入住前，酒店有個管家全程提醒天氣變化，玩哪些項目提醒時間和地點，還發了酒店周圍小地圖，很貼心，大有幫助👍，前台服務熱情周到，幫拿箱子，早餐很豐富多樣，還有贈送下午茶不錯享受一下，距離西坡挺近乘坐酒店免費接送車很方便，司機服務周到很有耐心，酒店附近還有肯德基麥當勞星巴克，附近飯店也很多，沒想到度假酒店吃住行這麼方便，酒店規模不小，凌晨起來順纜車往上走還能看日出，滿意一次旅行，還會再來

房間每日打掃很及時很乾凈，接待Rena入住前就提前聯繫，入住當天送了水果，每日提醒天氣情況、天池景區及度假村遊玩項目實施動態，很貼心，客房的農夫山泉不限量供應，權益活動多到忙不過來，水樂園的項目基本不排隊，反覆玩了好幾次，酒店早餐類目挺多，度假村內的餐飲街也應有盡有，略有溢價但也可以理解，雖然小火車高峯時人有點多，但園區裏還有共享單車，總之吃喝玩樂基本上一站式解決，期待冬天再來刷刷滑雪場

臨時起意，住在了萬達錦華，很久以前假日酒店的時候也曾住過。房間寬大，裝修設計風格很温馨合理，屬於自己比較喜歡的風格類型，前台給安排的靠山的房間，感覺很愜意。這次感覺服務也很好，前台小妹妹很熱心細緻，考慮的很周到，各方面比以前都進步不少，繼續努力吧，明天會更好。

設施：來長白山就是看天池，可能不能看到主要看運氣，錦華的好處是游泳池，遊戲機，麻將室等設施都很齊全，下雨天也不用怕沒處去。衞生：達到應有的水平環境：緊挨着滑雪場，夏天就是綠油油的草坪，離園區內各種玩樂設施基本是最近的酒店了。服務：很好，匹配的服務人員Jason Sui到達前就電話聯繫加了微信，各種園區服務，天池開放情況分享都能及時回覆，借她吉言在連續關閉三天的情況下看到了超美的天池。

這次出門有點小遺憾。趕上三天雨天。長白山沒上去。酒店的娛樂場所外面的全部停止。就在萬達帶孩子看了電影。坐了纜車。沒了。如果要是晴天應該很完美。要是雨天有點項目就好了。入店水果説是vip才可以有。別的度假酒店。這項都是有的。一個水果還要分等級。

第一次來長白山，天池看到了，也趕上了大雨，基本上在萬達的酒店裡度過了兩天，吃的不錯，住的也不錯，孩子活動玩的也多，不會太無聊。特別感謝下Bob Liu從入住前到離店全程都有温馨服務，時刻提醒天氣及各種權益的時間變化，體驗感很不錯🌸

不錯不錯不錯是很棒的一次住宿房間很大，設備齊全，還能打遊戲機，唱歌游泳，酒店真的很好。氛圍感很足，我的管家Nenazhang小妹妹對人很有禮貌，服務很好，很熱心，挺好的管家，長白山也很美，有機會還來！！！
