The Executive Suite is very spacious with two bathrooms, perfect for families. We enjoyed breakfast and afternoon tea at the executive lounge. The staff member, Qi Xi, provided thoughtful and attentive service, patiently answering all our questions and even offering complimentary breakfast. The hotel also has excellent family-friendly facilities downstairs, making it an ideal vacation spot for both seniors and children. Highly recommended!

I took my child there for a four-day stay during the summer holiday, and it was a really pleasant surprise! The hotel staff, Qixi, added me on WeChat beforehand to provide information about the hotel, activities, and facilities. We even had breakfast arranged at the Executive Lounge, which showed how thoughtful and enthusiastic their service was. The hotel room was great, and the complimentary benefits were plentiful. We tried everything, and our schedule was packed. My child didn't want to leave! The entire resort has many areas, but my favorite was cycling – it was an amazing experience. I'll definitely choose Jinhua again next time.

Our stay at Wanda Jin Hua was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has fantastic facilities for every need, and the kids' play areas were a huge hit – our little one had a blast! I was prepared for the outdated facilities when I booked, but many people recommended it for its good location. In reality, it was terrible. 1. I specifically requested not to have a room at the end of the hall, but the front desk gave me exactly that. I decided to just put up with it and didn't bother changing rooms. 2. The room lighting was dim; both the main ceiling light and the nightlight were broken. 3. The shower door track was broken, making it impossible to slide open or closed. The shower drain was also incredibly slow; I was practically standing in a puddle up to my ankles just trying to shower. 4. The cleaning was subpar; there was a layer of dust even on the bathroom light fixture. 5. The tissue box was almost empty after just a few pulls.

An excellent choice for a summer escape! Our butler, Haha, provided meticulous and thoughtful service, sending us a detailed itinerary in advance and answering all our questions promptly – truly considerate. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The resort's mountain and forest scenery is beautiful, and the temperature is very comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and various children's play facilities, making it easy and stress-free for families with kids. It's also just a short walk to the town's commercial street, making dining out very convenient.

Our stay was truly exceptional, with clean and spacious rooms and excellent facilities. My only suggestion would be to add more washing machines or offer a laundry pickup service. The common areas were spotless and there was plenty of space to relax. The indoor soft play area had a great variety of activities. Our butler, Haha, provided incredibly thoughtful and warm service. He was always quick to resolve any issues, and his enthusiasm and attention to detail were outstanding. All the staff were gentle and patient, and any problem we had was addressed swiftly. Before our arrival, Haha proactively reached out to us to coordinate everything – from directions and hotel perks to a comprehensive guide for family activities. His thoroughness and responsible approach perfectly alleviated all our concerns about traveling with children. This hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, making it ideal for a summer getaway with kids. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back for another summer escape!

Before we even arrived, they contacted us to inform us about the weather and offered helpful travel advice. During our stay, the manager's service was professional and incredibly warm. They patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions, proactively and thoughtfully coordinated our room type and travel needs, and promptly resolved any issues we encountered. Their efficiency and genuine sincerity were truly impressive. On a rainy day, concerned about our child getting wet, Keven even came out with an umbrella to meet us. Manager Keven demonstrates exceptional service awareness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made us feel like we received personalized and meticulous service, and we truly experienced the hotel's warm and thoughtful atmosphere. This made our stay a perfect ten! Highly recommended, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit! The Sky Lake is breathtakingly beautiful!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! We were a family traveling with seniors and young children. The check-in experience was great. The hotel is very well-located within the resort area, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing. The resort's amenities are excellent, and both the kids and seniors really enjoyed the many recreational facilities included with our stay. I especially want to thank our check-in butler, Haha. She was incredibly thoughtful and had already provided us with detailed information about our guest benefits, transportation, and travel tips even before we arrived. She gave us many professional recommendations based on our itinerary, which saved us a lot of trouble. During our stay, there were a few minor incidents, such as a family member feeling unwell and changes to our activity benefits. Haha promptly helped us communicate and resolve everything. She was truly super patient, and thanks to her, we had a very happy and enjoyable experience.

They have a shuttle bus service from the high-speed rail station to the resort. The iconic big lawn is right outside the window, and we received many complimentary benefits. My child had a blast! A dedicated customer service agent provided full-service tracking, including weather forecasts and timely updates on activity openings. The experience was fantastic!
