3.7/5The stay was lovely, the staff kept me informed about the status of the mountain opening, and were very helpful organising taxis, transfers etc. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

4.7/5OutstandingNice hotel located in a quite place, surrounded by a forest, 20 minutes away from the airport. The service is superb, both Chinese and English speaking. The room was a huge one, modern and clean. Though the VIP lounge was closed, all other amenities are great. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer to West Slope ticket office and to the airport. We were also granted the late check out for free as our airplane departure was late in the evening. A real 5 star hotel experience

5/5PerfectWonderful ! 2nd time in Changbaishan, west area, 2nd time stayed in Pullman Resort. This is a gem of a place: - amazing location (close to the airport, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan, surrounded by nature, super quiet); - super friendly staff (they really go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible); - free airport shuttle service; - amazing food (dinners, delicious and varied breakfast) - awesome amenities: indoor swimming pool, ping-pong, snooker, gym, majong, SPA, deer you can interact with, etc. - they also had a healthcare team to go to the hotel, every 3 days in the morning to make the necessary covid tests. All in all, a magnificent experience. To go back if have the chance to go to Changbaishan again.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Good location (near Airport and Changbaishan West Ticket Center), clean room, and good facilities (heated swimming pool, gym, table tennis, pool table). The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.
