I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts.

The room was not clean enough and lack of maintenance, pungent cigarette smell from towel and cigarette buds found at door step of the chalet room, staff was nice and keen to help, view was good.

The room that assigned supposed to be 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, yet we were assigned to 2 queen beds. The staff did help to change to the room we're requested. But the room that assigned to us were at the rear corner, so we choose to still stayed at the 1st room they put us in. The water were flooded inside the shower due to inbalance floor inside the shower and everytime we are showering the water will leak to outside the shower room.

Great location, right next to the ski hill. Staff were super helpful. Would wish for a bit more variety for food options because if you leave the resort there really isn’t anything close. There’s shuttles you can take to go to nearby attractions. Wish there was a jacuzzi and a nice bar to go in the evening to have a drink;) but hey you can’t have everything .

Andy ZHOU (the person who took charge of us) was just fantastic! He welcomed us and showed us around the resort... gave us his wechat and every-time we needed something, he was available. It was simply great to have his help. Globally, we were delighted with the stay at the hotel.
The only thing to note is that the ski slope are more for beginners. there are few and they are not very high. Other than that the stay was just great thanks notably to Andy !!!

I had a very happy stay at Swissotel. Li Yaokai from the concierge department added us on WeChat in advance to ask about our needs and arranged a room on a high floor with a good view. Liu Yang and Yu Ying from the front desk were very enthusiastic in checking us in. I felt the hospitality of the Northeast. Although it was the off-season, I had a very happy stay. I hope to come to Changbai Mountain again if I have the chance.

The package we purchased included a twin room with skiing privileges and upgraded us to a suite. The room was very clean and the service was very good and polite. They basically responded to all requests and it was also very close to the ski resort. There isn't much for breakfast, but it's enough. The coffee is particularly good. There were not many people skiing in the last ski season from March 6 to March 9. We had a lot of fun skiing and there was a heavy snowfall. There is also a 20% discount on meals at the hotel. Very cost-effective and will come again next year
