Club Med Changbaishan

This was an absolutely perfect experience! I've stayed at four Club Med Joyview resorts before, but this was my first time at a 'purebred' Club Med, experiencing their French-style holiday. Both the kids' club and the adult activities once again renewed my appreciation for the G.O.s. It happened to be my husband's birthday, and there was a small celebration that even got him, usually quite introverted, excited! Sky from the resort was incredibly friendly and has already become friends with my husband! He told us about the unique features of various resorts, and now my husband can't stop thinking about other Club Meds. We're even planning to come back here again when the snow season arrives, to see our good friend!!!

An unexpected gem! This wasn't on our original itinerary, but when we found a room, we brought our child here right away for some fun! We had a fantastic time, and Charon was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. We hope to see her again in the village if we get the chance!

This Club Med experience exceeded our expectations, thank you! Upon arrival, G.O. Young's enthusiastic explanation and continuous service left a deep impression. The lovely Village Chief and the handsome Entertainment Manager were also full of energy – true extroverts! My child absolutely loved the Mini Club and was still chanting slogans on the way home. The resort offers so many activities; we basically didn't need to leave the hotel and every day was fulfilling. We tried beginner cycling and skateboarding, and both instructors were professional and responsible. The Rainbow Run would have been perfect if it had been a bit cooler. The bar had a great selection, and a special thanks to the slim, glasses-wearing lady and the chubby, small-eyed gentleman. My child said that from now on, when we travel, Club Med will be our first choice!

The room was a bit small, and the overall environment was smaller compared to Lijiang Club Med. However, the food was great; we could always find something we liked for all three meals. The village chief and the GO team were warm, cheerful, and very infectious. The kids absolutely loved the nightly parties and even our introverted child didn't want to leave!

Our four-day, three-night trip to Club Med Changbaishan proved to be an incredibly wise decision. It’s absolutely the perfect choice for families with young children visiting Changbaishan. From the moment we arrived, it felt just like home. Young, the front office manager, gave us a warm welcome, and every day thereafter, he’d greet us and check if we needed anything. Cathy at the front desk went above and beyond to get us an early check-in, and we got our room much sooner than expected. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food over the four days and three nights was fantastic, with very little repetition – you could tell a lot of effort went into the meal preparation. We even enjoyed a hotpot meal, which was delicious. It made traveling with kids so incredibly easy! The hotel offers a wide range of activities; both adults and children can find something enjoyable to do. Four days and three nights simply wasn't enough time! We left with so much regret, and our child has already specifically asked to come back because they had so much fun! Janly, the Village Chief, is an incredibly high-energy person, and their enthusiasm was infectious, spreading to everyone around them! This was our first time staying at a Club Med, and we’re so glad we chose Changbaishan. We hope to experience other locations in the future!

The rooms at Club Med Changbaishan offer stunning views, and the surrounding area has a beautiful, forest-like feel. The main highlight, the daily activities and the Mini Club's childcare and activities, truly made both adults and children happy and relaxed, with every day feeling very fulfilling. The G.O.s were incredibly enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and were very attentive. The evening activities were particularly diverse and fun every night. I'd love to come back again, as there were so many activities I didn't get a chance to try, like cycling and aerial yoga.

This resort is absolutely perfect, especially for families with kids. It's an ideal place to just relax and unwind. There are different children's activities every day, and they even offer childcare services. The three buffet meals are fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties. There are tons of activities to do, and everything is clean and well-maintained. Room service is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly. The entire hotel staff is wonderfully patient with children.

I booked a suite, and the separate living room design is excellent, allowing for distinct areas for relaxation and work. There's even a dedicated office space. Water is provided endlessly. The staff's service is exceptional, especially the restaurant staff; everyone is incredibly friendly, which is something many other hotels I've stayed at can't compare to. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and the restaurant food was always clean and tasty. However, there was a lot of repetition, and by the second day, I found myself running out of options. It's quite convenient if you're traveling with children, and the view from the window is lovely.

We took our kids to Changbai Mountain for a summer escape, and our stay at Club Med Changbai Mountain was fantastic! The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive. A big shout-out to GO Charon for patiently answering all our questions, recommending daily activities, and always being so responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented. We felt so comfortable and at ease. The scenery around Huamei Shengdi is beautiful, and all the attractions accessible by shuttle bus are definitely worth visiting. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip!
