第一次入住這個酒店，一進大廳裝修的就很不錯感覺就很好，前台服務人員也都很熱情，房間設施也都很新穎，房間雖然不是很大，但也都免費升級了房型，落地窗採光也很好，早餐吃的也挺豐盛的，前台還有免費酸奶咖啡提供，這點就很不錯，總之體驗感還是很好的，推薦了

前台接待服務很熱情，入住到退房整個過程都能感覺到她的用心，房間也很乾凈衞生，窗户很大，設施先進，有智能語音小度，外賣還有機器人專送，門口停車也好停。一樓大廳很氣派，後面還有花園。很不錯的一家酒店。

前台小姐姐服務熱情，貼心，出差忘記帶了洗漱用品，小姐姐免費提供了卸粧油洗面奶很好用，很方便。剛插上房卡房間智能小度就歡迎入住，自動打開了窗簾電視，投影儀也很好用，看電影很哇塞。房間乾乾淨淨的，地面沒有灰塵，床也舒服，軟綿綿的。酒店環境非常好，大廳二樓有書籍，一樓有手辦小擺件很可愛，還有喝茶泡茶的後花園，很優美

出差訂了兩間房，入住時前台服務人員很熱情，幫忙打印了文件，很方便呢，房間也很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，智能小度還可以放歌聽，一樓還有給客人使用的電腦，出差入住真的很方便，以後還會選擇這家羅蘭酒店。

服務：前台小姐姐的服務真的非常好，昨天外面下大雨主動給我提供了雨傘還有熱的花茶，前台也有體温計，很方便，必須點贊👍
設施：房間設施齊全，還有自助洗衣房健身房，房間裏的智能小度可以聽很多歌，還有我最喜歡的投影儀，晚上在房間裏看劇很有氛圍感。
衞生：房間乾淨，洗手枱沒有水漬，一塵不染，很好。房間裏還有免費小零食，咖啡礦泉水。
環境：環境很好，一進大廳就很涼爽，二樓還有休息區，後花園還可以泡茶喝，很舒服呢。我非常滿意👍
