I found blood on the sheets before going to bed. The soundproofing of the room was extremely poor. At 2:30 in the morning, I was woken up by the two rooms next door making noises and banging on the door. No security personnel came to persuade me for half an hour. Finally, I called the front desk and someone came up. The location was parked in and out of the wholesale market. Also super inconvenient! ! ! ! When I went out in the morning, my car was blocked by a battery car and I couldn't even get out! ! Anyway, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! ! !

帶家屬來這邊考試，隨便在網上找了近點的，沒想到遇到了一個寶藏酒店。
先説位置，位於市場內，人流量比較大，周邊小吃很多，但是晚上人散去後周邊也很安靜。除了晚上隔壁房間兩個老幾嘮嗑到深夜稍微有些煩躁外，位置方面沒有問題，當然這也不是酒店的原因，給前台説了，很快就制止了。
再説房間，房間不大，但佈置的很温馨，床、衞生間收拾的也很乾凈，沙發等該有設施都有的，另外還有一次性馬桶套、充電線等一般酒店不會配置的東西。
最後説服務，住過很多酒店，上千的也有，但沒想到這個一百多的酒店居然晚上管飯！深夜一碗牛肉麪，而且送的還有小零食，前台還有飲品、零食、酸奶隨便吃，晚餐完全可以在酒店免費解決了。還送早餐，早餐也不僅包子稀飯，還有現做的餅子，菜品也不少。這家酒店服務人員也是很不錯的，從前台到停車場的大爺，沒有很多服務行業有的戾氣，剛登記好就送上來一杯銀耳羹，對房間不滿意不厭其煩的幫忙調換，有一種很好的精神氣。
總之，這次住宿是一次很好體驗，希望能把這種好的體驗帶給更多人，也願家屬考試上岸。

2025年2月21日入住酒店有感：這次來阜陽參加培訓兩天：其中最受感觸的一句話就是老師説的“我能為你做點什麼？”正好因為主辦方安排的酒店滿了，讓我有緣接觸到了茉莉蘆花酒店的服務，在一個很繁華的大市場內，旁邊有公園，早上可以散步，但是在中午的時候，會比較車不容易進，人比較多，門口好吃的超級多。周邊停車也比較方便。這個酒店告訴我了：啥叫用心。就像雷軍説的：我們不是最好的，但我們是最用心的。進店就很詫異，提供的免費爆米花，烤紅薯，自己發酵的酸奶，銀耳雪梨湯，還有免費的四種奶茶，可以給送到房間，還有免費的餛燉，雞雜麪，牛肉粉絲……等等等等的細節，我們晚上11點多還幫我們送上了三碗麪，進到房間免費提供的果盤，給顧客手寫的信，無一不透露出細節用心。中間出門，問吧枱要一瓶礦泉水，遞給了我一瓶加熱保温的礦泉水，處處都是用心。出門看到保安大哥給門口的車擦玻璃，擦好以後，還一個手寫小便簽的提示，太用心了。早餐的豐富，震撼到我，如此低的住房價格，老闆怎麼帶着大家做的那麼好的，幾十種品類，麪食菠菜餅，包子，都是手工做，不是半成品，做了我認為行業內大家“難而不願”的事情，所以這樣用心做的酒店，未來一定會更好。中午回來午休，看到保安大哥在吃飯，我走過去問吃的怎麼樣啊，看到是紅燒肉，心裏就想怪不得能做好，是有原因的。對員工，對顧客，有愛，有尊重，並且表達出來，做出來，怎麼可能不更上一層樓？期待蘆花酒店，越來越好，可以利益更多的人。
