住了多次的電競酒店，這次因為超時1小時退房被扣按金非常失望！其他酒店通常有半小時緩沖期或提前溝通都能協商，收費規則太死板，電競酒店本該注重玩家體驗，建議優化退房政策，否則真會影響回頭率。提醒大家務必卡點退房！
