Because a tour group booked the whole place, we upgraded the room. However, there was no floor drain in the bathroom, so the water flooded when we took a shower. The only floor drain in the bathroom was also blocked, so we had to wade through the water to repair it.

The service and attitude are very good. The environment is also good. Overall, I am still very satisfied.

The room is very big, the sanitation is very thorough, there is an elevator, the sixth floor can also process river fish, it is very clean, the hot water is unobstructed, the bed and pillow are very comfortable. A hotel worth recommending.

A note for Ctrip, and for every traveler planning to book this hotel. Conclusion first: We arrived at 5:00 PM and were left with no rooms, so we had to wait in the lobby for their room to be cleaned. We received no compensation. We were treated like "criminals" while breakfast was served, and our three-year-old was so frightened she couldn't even cry. Waste will be charged 28 yuan per person!"—Note: This wasn't a reminder; it was a high-pitched, high-frequency shouting. My three-year-old daughter was just grabbing a few chips to dip in ketchup when she accidentally dropped one. The male waiter immediately snapped at her, "Don't waste it!" The child was stunned and tears welled up in her eyes, daring not to cry. For the rest of the meal, she couldn't even lift her head, let alone feed herself a few mouthfuls. An older man patrolled like a supervisor, his voice drowning out the clatter of dishes: "No waste! If you do, you'll be charged 28 yuan per person!" My dad, always a believer in "less trouble is more trouble" when traveling, was so fed up at this hotel that he complained to the front desk about the breakfast. This, more importantly, scared the kids. I wanted to say, "If a hotel can't afford a 28 yuan breakfast, don't include it. If you include it, you're treating me like a human being (I don't even expect you to treat me like a guest! That's so undignified.") After more than 20 days of self-driving, staying in more than a dozen hotels, my parents said this was the first time they felt like they were being given alms, like prisoners being guarded. We weren't just enjoying a 28 yuan breakfast; we were being humiliated by it over and over again. If this is what "breakfast included" service means, please remove the "included"; at least retain some respectability. Please record this truthfully on Ctrip, and please choose wisely if you're coming after us.

The room is large, clean and tidy, and parking is convenient at the door. There are many breakfast varieties and there are many fish restaurants around. After checking in, a team came into the store. The front desk service was enthusiastic. I didn't take pictures of the room because I was in a hurry to leave. The new hotel's unoccupied rooms are all open for ventilation.

I usually don't take photos for reviews, but today I want to focus on this hotel. I thought Fuyuan Hotel was not a good hotel. I chose this one because it was newly renovated in 2015, and it was new. It was indeed true. But I don't know why it was 4.5 points. I gave it full marks, it should be owned by the family, there is an elevator, and there are many staple foods for breakfast, which are still rich and bright. The restaurant is on the sixth floor, and many Russians came to eat. As for hygiene, I forgot to clean it. I opened the drawer and it was still garbage left by the previous hotel. I hope it will be improved. The air conditioner was produced in March 2015, and the hotel has been open for at most three months. It is very cost-effective and the hot water is very hot. Highly recommended.
