過年期間入住的，還看到了煙花真的超級美，酒店風景可以説可可託海無敵的一家，在可可住過很多店，感覺衹有許久的風景最好，真的很推薦，躺在床上看日照金山，同時也是離雪場最近的一家店，民宿有西餐有中餐真的很方便，如果不想去鎮上，可以讓酒店幫忙帶東西（服務真的超級好），剛到的時候看到沒有電梯心裏有點小崩潰，但是發現行李都是管家幫忙搬上搬下，真的超級好都不用自己動手，每天回來管家們也都會主動幫忙放雪板，雪場大巴也會在民宿門口停，不想坐大巴前台管家都會幫忙聯繫拼車這個很贊，都不用自己操心，和前台説一下要出發去雪場的時間就好了，真的超級方便。

環境挺好的，房間衞生也乾淨，一樓大廳咖啡廳拍照都常出片，房間的衞浴洗護也都好用。前台管家服務也非常好，有求必應會單獨的拉一個小羣，有問題在羣裏溝通管家都會及時響應。店裡還有川菜，大盤雞的量非常大，分量非常足夠，菜也好吃。

很不錯的入住體驗，幾位管家熱情周到，下車就幫忙拿行李送到房間！床品乾淨，冰箱裏的飲料和水每天都會刷新，窗外就是雪山，在房間躺一下午曬太陽也很舒服！去雪場距離不遠，前台管家會幫忙聯繫拼車，到民宿門口接送，很方便。對面是民宿的咖啡廳，咖啡很好喝，晴天很適合打卡☀️

先説衞生環境，我覺得非常不錯！
其次感覺管家真的把這個店當做自己的家在經營，門口小白服務很細心，幫忙拿行李，吃飯搬桌子，還有山西的眼鏡小妹妹真誠相待，都很好！
在她們身上我看見了隨心而遇的生活，做好本職工作後，樂觀，積極，豁達，自洽的生活模式和飽滿的精神世界！
我覺得服務行業最精髓莫過於此，乾淨的像家，有一羣有趣的靈魂！

這個酒店是個大騙子，老闆心真的很壞。
一、裝修：房間的裝修像招待所，和野奢毫無關係。圖片是一千八的套房。説是裝修的時候老闆被裝修團隊騙了，然後你就來用招待所的裝修，用野奢酒店的價格來騙客人**？
二、細節：一個在北疆的酒店，地暖不暖，朋友的房間地暖甚至是壞的。馬桶不是智能馬桶，淋雨的水不是恆温的。一個在可可的酒店，房間的衣櫃連件雪服都放不下，更別説雪包了。甚至沒有電梯，要拿着自己的板子爬樓梯。
三、為什麼還那麼多好評？因為老闆給員工下命令，不能有差評，不然就扣錢。用員工來道德綁架客人，這點真的是最讓我生氣的！實在是太壞了。自己知道在騙人，還逼着員工騙人。你們仔細看好評，全都是説服務好，為什麼沒人説硬件好？因為就是硬件差的像縣城招待所，然後員工不停的求客人，讓客人心軟給好評。
四、酒店提出要免我的房費，為了不讓我給差評，但是我很生氣，我拒絕了這個要求。因為我覺得，這是惡性循環，衹會讓更多的人被騙。這家店咖啡店去去就行了，酒店誰住誰是大冤種。
