The hotel was great! The front desk knew there were three of us and proactively upgraded our room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Since it's off-season, breakfast was served as a set menu delivered to our room. Although the variety wasn't huge, the food was really good. The milk was the richest I've had in Xinjiang. Next time, when it gets colder, I'll consider coming back for skiing and will definitely book this hotel again.

I think this is the best hotel at the foot of Mount Coco Tuohai. The experience was perfect. From the hotel design and facilities to the staff service, the quality of the food and Japanese cuisine was exceptional (they even had Juyondai sake 😋). The Pink Bar had a great atmosphere in the evenings. A special thank you to the lobby manager, Yang Yang, for her attentive care. Next time, I absolutely must stay in a room in the sixth row! 🥳🥳

The most pleasant surprise of this stay was the front desk service! From the greeting upon entering to the check-in process, everything was efficient and friendly. They not only proactively recommended restaurants frequented by locals but also helped me plan my route. They responded incredibly quickly to any issues I encountered, showing absolutely no impatience. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities, and with such excellent service, it deserves a five-star review! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Choosing the sixth row room in Keketuo was the perfect decision! The front desk service was incredibly attentive, check-in was quick, and any questions were answered immediately. The Xuexiang cuisine at the restaurant was absolutely amazing—the stews were tender and flavorful, the side dishes were refreshing, and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all incredibly delicious! The standard room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities fully equipped and easy to use. Service responded incredibly quickly to any requests. My stay was so pleasant, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
