This was the last hotel I stayed at during my trip to Fujian, and it was also the best experience. The hotel's overall design felt high-end, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, which pleasantly surprised me. The front desk staff were beautiful and enthusiastic, and they proactively asked if I needed airport transfer services. Especially at night, when I requested mineral water, they thoughtfully had a robot deliver warm water. The room facilities were complete, and the shampoo and shower gel were of excellent quality. The hotel's location is also superb, only a 10-minute drive to the airport. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient, just across the street from Sanfang Qixiang. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and easy transport nearby. The restaurant is on the top floor and quite small, so you might have to wait for a table during peak breakfast hours. Also, checking out in the morning with your luggage can be a bit of a struggle with people coming down from breakfast, all trying to use the same elevators. The service was excellent, though – both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were really friendly and enthusiastic.

I was in Fuzhou for a business trip in July. I came across this hotel while doing some online research and decided to give it a try. It certainly lived up to its online reviews! **Pros:** 1. **Excellent Location:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station. Lines 2 and 5 are just outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get around, including to major attractions, without needing a taxi. 2. **Smart Amenities:** The hotel features very smart and modern amenities throughout. Rooms have card-free power, smart toilets, bedside wireless charging, and even a mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks. 3. **Outstanding Service:** The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the young front desk team radiated enthusiasm and energy. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotlessly clean, showing the housekeeping team's meticulous care. Every staff member I encountered in the hallways greeted me warmly, contributing to a truly relaxing stay where I slept soundly and woke up feeling completely refreshed. 4. **Delicious Breakfast:** The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Very satisfied stay! The environment is elegant and quiet, the facilities are intelligent and modern, and the hygiene is impeccable. The service staff Coke is professional and courteous, and the experience is superb. Whether it is business or travel, Atour is highly recommended! I forgot to take the thing. Staying at Atour in Fuzhou was a truly delightful surprise! The front desk staff proactively offered hot tea, which was incredibly heartwarming service. The room was spotless, the bedding had no strange odors, and even the corners were dust-free. The attention to detail was impressive: there were charging ports by the bed, and the toiletries were high-quality. Plus, it's super close to Nanmendou subway station, making it very convenient to explore Sanfang Qixiang. On a side note, the breakfast was also very rich, the 'Laohua' (Fuzhou-style noodles) was delicious, and there was a sweet glutinous rice cake that was also excellent.

Location was great - about 4 mins walk from Fuzhou North Railway Station. Initially, we're supposed to stay at level 6 but the front counter staff mentioned that they will be having maintenance the following in day - and may experience a shortage of power so we got relocated to level 2. The area also had roadworks on-going so taking didi requires re-route. Overall, a good experience staying here except for the very strong cigarette smell on the level we stayed at, the walls were pretty thin as well.
