Shangri-La Fuzhou

The hotel's location is superb, very close to the attractions. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to Cynthia for arranging our room in advance and upgrading our breakfast. We had a wonderful experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station, and very close to Sanfang Qixiang, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Annie from the hotel reception was wonderful; she was very welcoming and enthusiastic. Annie contacted me beforehand to arrange a room based on my needs, and I was very happy with the room I got. Right across from the hotel are Wangda Snacks and Yushan Hall Scenic Area, offering great views. If I come to Fuzhou again, I'd definitely choose this place.

I have to give a special shout-out to Gia, Besty, and Annie! Gia was incredibly welcoming right from check-in, not only greeting me warmly but also offering delicious shortbread cookies – so many thoughtful details! Besty was always on top of my room's needs, proactively refilling amenities and making sure I had plenty of fruit and water. Annie kept a close eye on my room status, and her nightly sweet soups were so comforting. The little panda pastries were adorable too! Check-out was quick and seamless, the service was truly impeccable!

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Gia, Besty, and Annie! From check-in to check-out, I felt incredibly well looked after. Gia greeted me warmly right from the start, and her attitude was so friendly. Besty thoughtfully prepared drinking water and fruit, and even proactively asked if I needed any toiletries. Annie kept a close eye on my room status, and the hotel shortbread she brought was delicious, plus there was a sweet soup every night – the attention to detail was exceptional. Alina, Cindy, and Nancy at the Horizon Club provided excellent and attentive service for breakfast and dinner every day. The cleaning lady on the 23rd floor was also very gentle and meticulous, and on my last night, I even received an adorable panda dessert. Check-out was efficient and quick. Overall, the service was impeccable. I'm extremely satisfied!

The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming; I was very pleased. On the first day, after watching the 'You Shen' parade, my throat was irritated from all the firecrackers. Coming back to the hotel and finding complimentary white fungus soup was a really thoughtful touch. The only downside was a photography studio we went to based on a recommendation from the Shangri-La newspaper. The hotel's intention was good, trying to help us find good service, and we trusted them. However, when we got to the studio, we found out they had moved. We had made an appointment the day before, and only when we arrived were we told to go to a different address. The rest of the photo shoot was just awful. I wouldn't recommend it at all; you'll regret it. The makeup products were dirty, and the final photos were terrible. As for the hotel stay itself, I was very satisfied.

Booked an executive suite with views of Wuyi Square and the flag-raising ceremony for my parents' Chinese New Year trip to Fuzhou. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for accommodating an extra bed at the last minute! We also received lovely welcome snacks and fruit. Very satisfied with our stay.
